Tried The Escapery for the first time Saturday and did the Quest room. It was so much fun! We've done several other escape rooms over the years and this one is easily my favorite. The room was themed perfectly and the puzzles were challenging but not impossible. Matt was our game master and he was awesome. He made the experience truly fantastic! We bought our tickets via Groupon about 30 minutes beforehand and had no problem using them. They do match the Groupon price if you call or use their website to book so if you'd like to handle booking directly it's good to know that's an option. They're located in an office park with plenty of parking and a really nice view of Kennesaw Mountain. You don't have to worry about your group being in a room with strangers. You pay for the room and have it all to yourselves. I really liked that. Overall a great place!
The Escapery offers a unique, high quality escape room experience. Our crew has done (probably) over 100 escape rooms, and few are as good as The Escapery. We don’t live anywhere near it, and made a couple special trips across to be there. We’ve NOT been disappointed.
The rooms themselves have wonderful and engaging storylines, and the props and gags in the rooms have never malfunctioned for us.
Our game master on this visit was Cody. They were friendly, helpful, and treated us with the utmost professionalism, but was also a lot of fun to work with.
We intend on completing ALL of the rooms at The Escapery in the months ahead, and will recommend it to anyone interested in a quality escape room experience. Great job, folks!
Booked this for an appreciation of our volunteer student group at Fortis. They were absolutely wonderful from the manager, Jessica, to our game master. I don't remember the name of our game master but she was very good. We chose the Silo room. She started us and kept us in character of the theme the whole time with the right amt of comedy. It definitely takes a group to figure it out. This was my first experience and the entire staff was very customer service oriented. Thank you for working with us!
A wonderful and exciting experience. The detail put into creating the Silo Room was incredible and the puzzle was challenging (we finished with 6 minutes to spare and did have to ask for a clue) but not to the point of being unenjoyable. The customer service was amazing and Matt did a great job playing the role of "the hat". I will definitely be coming back again. Support here instead of the battery!
The staff both times we've gone have been fun and seem to really enjoy their job which makes the experience much more fun! And the rooms and puzzles were really well done! highly recommend if you love escape rooms!
Took a group of teens for a birthday as a first experience and they had a blast!!! Even the chaperones enjoyed ourselves. Matt was super knowledgeable and made the experience even better! They now want to go back to visit all of the rooms available. Definitely recommend
We went for the first time for my daughter's 8th birthday. We had the best time!! The staff was awesome. The girls had the best time trying to solve the mystery. The staff helped give clues if we needed it and it was just enough to keep these 8 year olds going and figuring it own in their own. They all kept saying this was the best birthday party ever! I highly recommend and I will definitely be back again!
I’m an avid escape room player, I must have played over 100 rooms by now. The escapery had been one of my favorites before COVID, they were always polite and helpful, with fun-loving game masters that enjoy coming in to give clues. Although low-tech, the rooms are well designed and look immersive. My only complaint is that since COVID, you are not allowed to book rooms by slot, but only by full-room booking. I always play with one or two people maximum, which means that paying 130 dollars to fully book a room isn’t worth it. This is the only escape room I’ve found that’s still doing this, and I can’t see myself consistently playing here at that price. However, I appreciate the girl that ran our game, she tried her best to get us a better price and was a good game master.
